Experience the magic of riding on the iconic Great Ocean Road with your family. Amy’s Family Fondo is a free, family-friendly event where riders will start under the Gran Fondo World Championships gantry before cruising toward the famous Lorne Pier.

Enjoy laps along a fully closed, 3km circuit between Bay Street and the Lorne Pier, all with stunning coastal views and a relaxed, safe atmosphere.

It’s the perfect introduction to event riding for young cyclists and a beautiful way to spend a Sunday morning together.

THE COURSE

Start from Main Street in Lorne and head toward the Lorne Pier. After completing the first lap, riders can continue looping the 3km fully closed circuit until 10:10am.

  • Distance: 3km circuit (lapping course)
  • Total Ride Time: 50-minute open window
  • Fully Closed Roads – safe and family-friendly
